Would anyone happen to know what country of origin a M B stamped receiver would be? The date is 1944. Thanks for any replies in advance!!

Has any one purchased a PPSH-41 from TNW they are sold by MGS. Would like to hear from some one who has one. How are they fit, finish, trigger pull, reliability etc.

Anyone have pictures of the PPSH-41 wooden stock

Im looking for pictures of the PPSH-41 stock i have seen side views but im looking for the inside canal of the stock to see how much work it would take to convert an SKS stock to fit. If any one has them it would be a big help also if you have pictures of the trigger assembly or where it fits on the stock that would be great

Hi I live in the UK and the only way to legally own a PPSh here is deactivated but that hasn't curbed my enthusiasm for this particular gun, but todate I haven't been able to find a good guide of reference book on the PPSh has one ever been published? I am also trying to locate a good source for the stick magazine to go with my early specimen either here in the UK or worldwide who would post to Britain?

Any clues or advice would be gratefully received....

took the forms off the internet got a couple questions on the application question #4b what type of firearm to be made ppsh41? #4d length ? e. of barrel is that the shortened dimension or what it is now ? f.overall is that the shortened dimension for overall length or what it is now? i know that these questions are probably easier to answer than they seem but to tell the truth government stuff confuses me. i was told if i get one thing off just a little bit they will reject me...

I have a number of PPSH stick magazines I would like to identify. Some are ribbed some slab side. Several have a star within a shield others have a two character marking. Anyone have information to share? Thanks

Wiselite PPsh-41 buffer

I have a Wiselite made PPSH- 41 . On the nylon buffer they added a piece of rubber, the rubber on my rifle came off the buffer it was held on with some sort of adhesive. Tried a few different types of adhesive but nothing holds it anybody have the same problem or know of a remedy?

ive got an deactivated PPSH 41 today... read many stuff at this wonderful forum and website Ok, here are pics of the pivot block and upper receiver. It seems that is some chinese markings on the pivot block! And some strange markings at the upper receiver, the shield with the star is on the wrong place, 2 triangles in the middle. Any idea what all that means? Many thanks in advance. Hope i´ve got an real...

Firing pin removal

Greetings, new MGS/TNW PPSh-41 owner here. My firing pin is piercing my primers. I contacted TNW (builder) & they say it was designed this way for hard surplus ammo primers. They suggest I stone the pin down a bit. It came with no manual or instructions of any type. Thanks.

Guys,

I've been looking high and low, and I'm trying to find the older style magazine well/lower. The type without the wings, and the rounded magazine well...I think most of the kits IO sold years ago came with them, but I've hit a total blank.

Does anyone know of a source on these? I'm even willing to trade an improved lower for the older type, or pay cash...I just need to find someone willing to work with me.

Detailed Pictures of a PPSH41 bolt

Hello everybody! I hope that someone can help me. I am looking for information about the bolt of the ppsh 41. The pictures in the internet are not very detailed and a bolt that I have seen in a museum was deactivated by cutting of the front. Has anyone here detailed pictures of the front of a ppsh 41 bolt?
