My brother and i have recently purchased two ppsh kits and what are our legal responsabilities he owns other weapons and thinks we need to fill out some atf
paperwork i myself do not have a clue i just liked the weapon and thought it would ne a good piece to own.
my question is what if any are the legal ramifications of owning a ppsh. |

If you make the rifle with a 10" barrel (like the original PPSh), you must file a Form 1 and submit it, along with $200, to the ATF for approval. If you
make with a legal length barrel, then no Form 1 is required.
